Montserrat Rams

Born in Esparreguera, a unique village at the base of the mountain of Montserrat, where her name was inspired by the empowering natural park, a few kilometers away from Barcelona, Spain.

The village in which she was born has more than 1000 years of history and is known for its traditional theater and arts, most importantly in ceramics.

From a young age she was amazing in sports and art. When she was almost 10 years old, her school already had asked her to paint the walls as a decoration.

In 1990 she began visiting the US and later she moved there. Her residency in Miami helped her develop her artistic life. She showed her art in galleries, festivals and art shows, which is where she began to get noticed in the world of art.

Montserrat demonstrated her affection for art, generally in paintings, silk screens, ceramics and stained glass. She won lots of prizes as she attended art shows and festivals throughout America. Her art is scattered throughout America and Europe. Her paintings offer a wide range of nature’s beauty.
